Solve a real world problem

Knockstack automates work I was doing by hand: walking into forty businesses in hospitality and trades with a letter written for each one.

Work inside someone else's terms

Google Places caps retention at thirty days for everything but the place ID, so the design drops coordinates at that boundary. The constraint shaped the data model rather than being patched around.

Decide what an AI product should refuse to do

Knockstack is designed to return no fact rather than a guessed one when research confidence is low. A wrong fact in a cover letter costs more than a missing one.
